Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Our emergency line is answered around the clock, including holidays. There's an after-hours fee, quoted upfront.
Should I repair or replace?
If the repair is more than half the cost of a new system on a unit past fifteen years, we'll usually suggest replacing. We'll show you both numbers.
Do you install heat pumps?
Yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps work well in Minnesota, especially paired with a backup furnace. Rebates are available.
How often should I service my system?
Once a year for the furnace in fall and once for the AC in spring. Our maintenance plan handles both.
